Feeding Indiana’s Hungry is grateful to note that with Governor Holcomb’s signature, the Indiana budget will provide continued and increased support for Indiana’s food banks. These vital organizations continue to serve a large number of Hoosiers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic impact. We appreciate the support of Governor Holcomb and his administration as our partners in hunger relief. We are thankful for the bipartisan support from the Indiana General Assembly and their recognition of the services our member food banks provide through all 92 Indiana counties. This state support will enable our member food banks to carry out much needed capacity expansions and purchased food supplementation to provide more healthy food options to the nearly 900,000 Hoosiers at risk of hunger.

Indiana's residents. By drawing on varied resources within public agencies and the private sector, we hope to provide hunger relief for those in need throughout Indiana.
