Food banks across Indiana saw a significant increase in food distribution this past year. 156 million pounds of food was distributed throughout Indiana, setting a record. Food banks (and their partners) which includes mobile pantries, community kitchens and food pantries experienced an exponential increase in visits from Hoosiers across the state.
