The leadership of the Indiana General Assembly caucuses, including Speaker Brian Bosma (R-Indianapolis), Minority Leader Scott Pelath (D-Michigan City), President Pro Temp David Long (R-Ft. Wayne) and Minority Leader Tim Lanane (D-Anderson) came together recently at WFYI in Indianapolis and taped public service announcements on hunger in Indiana and what can be done to help those in need.
“We are grateful for the time, effort, and attention from legislative leaders and their staff to bring light to the issue of hunger in Indiana, and we look forward to further partnership with the Indiana General Assembly,” said Emily Weikert Bryant, executive director of Feeding Indiana’s Hungry. “We also thank the staff at WFYI public television in Indianapolis for their time and efforts in producing these spots.”
