One of of our food bank members, Gleaners in Indianapolis, was able to completely change their business model and feed an unprecedented number of hungry Hoosiers in 21 Indiana counties over the past year. Gleaners distributed 100 million meals! This amazing feat was only possible due the the collaboration from Gleaners staff, volunteers, donors, community partners, state agencies and many others that helped meet the need.

We were pleased to be with Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, friends from Midwest Food Bank, Second Helpings, and Indy Hunger Network on March 9, 2021 as Deputy Mayor Bennett commemorated the distribution of 100 million meals in a year.
